El depto se encuentra situado en la mejor zona de Majadahonda, en el monte del Pilar, frente al nuevo centro comercial , con gran oferta de bares y restaurantes, Supercor, farmacia. Un sitio ideal para descansar, hacer deporte,montar bici o disfrutar en el parque. La urbanización tiene una gran piscina, gym, tenis etc.. de gran categoría. Está excelentemente comunicado con el transporte público hacia Madrid (varias lineas de buses y la estación de tren a escasos metros) la zona es inmejorable!

Piso acogedor de 80m. muy luminoso excelentes vistas , dentro de una urbanización con piscina, gimnasio, pista de padel y zona infantil. Supermercados y centro medico a un minuto. Muy bien comunicado por transporte publico (autobus) en la puerta directamente a Madrid (Moncloa) y a la estación de tren con conexion directa al aeropuerto. Cinco minutos andando al centro de Majadahonda con amplios servicios de restauración, bancos, comercios, parques etc.
