Our modern 2-room non-smoking apartment (54m²) is located on the ground floor of an 8-family house in Hattersheim, centrally located between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Mainz on the S1 railway line, which is only 500 meters away. The airport (FRA) can be reached in 15 minutes. The fully tiled apartment with underfloor heating includes a large terrace and an underground car park. You can find additional parking spaces in the surrounding area. WLAN is available free of charge for the Internet access.

The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Sunny & Unique: Attic flat in small villa

Our cosy flat is on the 2nd floor of our beautiful house with garden. We are located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, a quick 12 minute bus ride from the city centre - which is why you get free parking here ;) Close by: supermarket, train station, highway access , RM Congress Centre, Rhinegau. Only one restaurant nearby. IMPORTANT: No tourist tax is charged for under 18s by the city council. So pls let me know how many children are traveling with you so I can make an individual offer.

A unique tranquil living space of 132sqm can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Luxurious furnishings include queen size beds, leather couches, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Sowohl öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus), wie auch die in Mainz weit verbreiteten Fahrradmietstationen sind in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof von Mombach ist ca. 500 m entfernt.
