The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

The flat is located in Eltville near the vineyards, in walking distance (20 min walking, 5 min by bike) to the river Rhein and the picturesque village. The flat has access to a spacious garden (a summer kitchen/ lounge area) as well as a patio at the entrance. Together with our two children and two rabbits, Roman and I live in the old natural stone house with a beautiful garden and rent out our adjoining apartment with a view of the countryside. Since we like to travel with Airbnb ourselves - preferably to the North Sea, as our furnishing style sometimes shows - we are now looking forward to guests ourselves! Comfortable apartment in the historic vineyard

The historic winery was built in 1864 and has been under renovation of buildings for several years. Since 2018 it is called "Grünwalder Hof". At the same time, we are also building the viticulture deducted from the previous owners step by step. In the meantime, all water, electric and gas supply has also been completely renewed and a low-temperature condensing heater has also been installed. Aldi and Rewe are removed around 170 and 260 meters, respectively.

Small beautiful apartment in our historic farm. Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax. The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.

A few minutes walk from Mainz main station, this place to stay is in close proximity to wine bars, restaurants and other shops that invite you to linger. Since there is no window, the unit is only suitable for short overnight stays in Mainz. Total air conditioning and ventilation makes the stay very comfortable. WiFi is not available yet. The discount stores are open until 10 pm and even after that there are still kiosk sales spots
