Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Quiet location on the outskirts

Kitzingen is a medieval town on the Main with many excursion destinations. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The city is within walking distance and shopping is around the corner. I have a female dog who is in the garden from time to time. If you don't let her bother you, you are welcome to use my garden to relax.
