The stylishly furnished tiny house can accommodate up to 2 adults and max. one toddler. A living room / bedroom has a 1.80 m bed and a small sofa bed for the child. The vacation home is located in the middle of nature, about 500 m from the Kinzig reservoir, right by the forest. Grilling is possible with a private gas grill on a large furnished and partly covered terrace and a large playground (private, belongs to the property) is right outside the door.

The citycentre is about 5min away by car, but can also easily be reached by bus (bus station is 200m from the flat) or by foot (20min along the banks of the river Main). Parking is possible in the yard, in front of the apartment. A supermarket (with some food-to-go options) and a beer garden are nearby.

A very nice 1-room apartment with its own vacation pony just for you and your children on our beautiful farm with ponies, horses, rabbits and chickens. Enjoy a few nice relaxing days with us and your family and immerse yourself and the biosphere reserve "Spessartwald". Our farm is quiet and yet centrally located in the Biebertal. In a few minutes drive you can reach excursion destinations, restaurants, cafes, cinema and spa etc.

At the foot of the Frauenberg, right on the Fulda river, we rent a vacation apartment renovated in 2021 in our historic watermill with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.
