Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Your vacation in the 45 square meter modern and lovingly furnished apartment. It is located on the first floor and has direct access to the forest. It has a double bedroom. The living room has a sofa that can accommodate up to two people. In the living room, there is a fireplace, TV and a forest view. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, cooking pots, frying pans, dish towels and dishes.

On a nice walk through the vineyards you can reach the beautiful Palatinate Forest in 15-20 minutes. In the village, there are various shopping possibilities such as baker, butcher, fresh market, pharmacy etc..., all within walking distance. And of course numerous wineries, as well as various restaurants or wine taverns.

The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
