Take it easy at this secluded, waterfront cabin near beautiful Magnolia Beach. Fish or launch kayaks from your front yard. This rustic property is located down a dirt road that can be very difficult to access when it rains a lot. 4x4 vehicles recommend. During dry times, the road is fine. Wildlife of all kinds are sometimes seen, many species of birds, bobcat, deer, and sometimes snakes. Alligators live in Old Town Lake, much like any body of water in South Texas. Swimming not recommended.

The house features a screened-in porch that overlooks the surrounding area. The porch is supported by sturdy pillars and offers a black railing, providing ample space for relaxation. A bright blue sky creates a clear backdrop for the charming exterior with a light yellow façade.

We Dig It - Magnolia Beachfront Cottage

Bring the family or a group of fishing buddies to this great place with lots of room for fun and lots of amenities. This home has its own private beach (this is a shell beach, not like a gulf beach), immediately adjacent to Magnolia Beach Park. Only 200 yards from the boat ramp, this cozy cottage has amazing views of Matagorda Bay with a patio to enjoy the sunrise. Five miles down Magnolia Beach is Indianola Fishing Marina, which has a bar and restaurant with great food, and a fishing dock.

The Blue Crab Cottage is presented in a vibrant blue exterior with a spacious deck at the front. Planting palm trees create a tropical feel. A soft sunset glow illuminates the home, highlighting the three windows of the crow's-nest and the entrance below.
