We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

(Red) Cabin 1 full bed, 2 lofts, 2 air mattresses

Our modern cabins come complete with a full kitchen, a full bath, 3 separate sleeping areas and a living area to relax in. We have A/C, heat, WiFi and cable TV. We are located in the country and sometimes the wifi doesn't always work. The loft areas are only 5 feet high so you have to stay low while using the lofts. The campground includes our bulk food store, DutchValleyWarrensburg store on the premises for all your shopping needs. EV chargers available also. Pets are not allowed.

Downtown Retreat with large privacy fenced yard

This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

The Kit Cabin

Designed by our son George, The Kit turned into a family project, and became our favorite! This small cabin includes a comfy queen bed (linens included), bathroom with toilet, shower, and space-saving sinklet. Living area has A/C and heat, two recliners, plus kitchenette with minifridge, microwave, dishes, silverware. Located in our family-run campground--when you rent this cabin you also get access to the clubhouse with laundry, playground, trails, and creek!

Just a few blocks from the University, close to downtown restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the base make this Bungalow the ideal spot. This family and pet friendly home comes with a fully fenced in big backyard and is decorated in soft creams, blues and greens for a welcoming, and relaxed feel. Convenient and comfortable! Our Colorful Cottage is within minutes of UCM and about 10 minutes from WAFB. We have the Cottage with all the amenities needed for a nightly, weekly, or a monthly stay.
