Close to the city, but with a country feel. 8-12 minutes to The Grand Ole Opry, 12-16 minutes to Nissan Stadium, 16-20 minutes to Downtown. $12-$14 Uber fare to downtown - cheaper than parking. The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
