Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. The Peach Suite is a unique little 700-square-foot open floor-plan studio. It's just perfect for two. This little backhouse and the front Garden House (a 100-year-old Craftsman) have been restored and made beautiful again. This unique little studio is on a large half-acre lot in Old Town Clovis, which is close enough to walk to many restaurants and local activities like Farmers' Markets. The Peach Suite has everything you need. The shower and bathroom are small but they definitely do the job.

This 320 square foot efficiency container is a stand alone unit in the backyard. It is private with it's own entrance and comes complete with a full-service kitchen, bedroom area with a queen size bed, living area with 2 recliners, eating bar/workspace, bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and amenities & great atmosphere. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with apps on a swi el wall mount. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
