An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where the hayloft was once of this 1878 farmhouse. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is a separate room for breakfast and a spacious private bathroom with bath and shower. Guests have access to the entire upper floor, with free entrance. Our cottage is pre-war, but completely refurbished into a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstead in the middle of the living room, nowadays you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it is cozy due to the warm decoration and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day of golfing, sauna or hiking, it is wonderful to relax by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good WiFi also for working.

Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

You will find cozy terraces and restaurants, and the supermarket is also close.

The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
