A stone's throw from Via XX Settembre: the street for strolling among the shops and restaurants that animate hundreds of narrow and fragrant alleys around it day and night. We are in Cala Gavetta, the port area, a stone's throw from the sea. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and open space kitchen, 40 sqm terrace, living room with terrace overlooking the sea.

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Newly renovated penthouse on the sea, free on three sides, with sun terrace, service terrace and dream terrace on the sea for magnificent dinners, and consisting of: entrance, living room, super-equipped kitchen, corridor, double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom and garage - all with sea view. The apartment, which enjoys all comforts, is a 10-minute walk from the center and the supermarket. Punta Nera beach is below the house while Punta Tegge is a 15-minute walk away.

Leaving the house you get to the promenade with a number of bars, cafes and an evening market. Sea air walks right in front of the house!

Relax in the Soul Apartment La Maddalena! Apartment located in the most beautiful area of the island surrounded by beaches and amenities. Water reserve available all summer. For bookings of two people, the price is for a double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and the entire apartment. For reservations of three or four people, the price is for two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and the entire apartment.

A bedroom features a spacious bed with a white quilt and decorative pillows against a backdrop of pale green and gray striped walls. Nightstands with lamps are positioned on either side, and small decorative plants add subtle touches of greenery.
