The land of the residence borders directly on the sea and through a private gate it is possible to go down to a small hidden beach. The villa faces the island of Barettini and on the clearest days it is possible to see Corsica. The house, spacious and sunny, enjoys absolute privacy.

Consisting of a living room, bedroom with double and single bed, kitchen complete with appliances, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, heating, terrace with enchanting sea view, awning, and back terrace. Bus to the beaches 2 min supermarkets and services within walking distance.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, private covered parking. The apartment is on the second and top floor of a small building of only 6 units. The entrance gives access to the living area/open kitchen with sofa bed. Bedroom with terrace equipped with double bed and foldaway bunk bed.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families with kids, and furry friends.
