About 4 km north of the city of Horta, is Almoxarife Beach. In the "moagem" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.
