Welcome to our freshly renovated garden apartment on the lower level of a charming Provence-style villa — with private entrance, sunny terrace, and lovely views of the greenery. Terracotta floors, warm colours, and plenty of natural light define the apartment. The new sage-green kitchen is fully equipped, and the round dining table invites you to linger over breakfast. The bedroom with double bed faces the quiet garden side, while the separate living room with TV offers space to arrive and unwind. Idar-Oberstein, Germany's gemstone and jewellery town on the German Gemstone Route, is just minutes away: the Felsenkirche (Church in the Rock), the German Gemstone Museum, and the hiking trails of the Nahe region are right on your doorstep. Ideal for business travellers too — quietly located, with everything you need for a longer stay. We live in the main house and are happy to help with any questions — otherwise, you'll enjoy complete privacy. And if you're curious, we're glad to share more about the region's gemstone tradition — it has been our family's craft for 13 generations.

"Hunsrück Valley View" Holiday Home with SAUNA

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). Houseboat Mosel Glück Pölich

Perfect location in the fairway of the Moselle overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15-meter-long boat and amenities are of very high quality. On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

5-star natural chalet to Marie-Luise National Park

It all started with a dream. Natural chalets to the national park. This is the name of our new vacation homes in Allenbach. The natural log houses are identically furnished inside. One chalet is called Franz, the other Marie-Luise. Like our two children. The smell of the wood brings the desired relaxation. A free electric car is available for the duration of your stay. You only pay for the electricity for charging. The electric car is a Hyundai Kona.

The holiday home Haus Cervus in Hattgenstein is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 170 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine as well as a dryer.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

In the 100 sqm apartment you should immediately feel at home and enjoy the incredible views of the famous Malerwinkel, the city wall with the Liebesturm and Stahleck Castle. Beautiful apartment in the countryside with outdoor terrace. Very quiet location on the outskirts. We have excluded pets but dogs are allowed and welcome, The apartment is a few meters from the Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park and very close to Erbeskopf and Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, a bakery, a butcher and supermarkets are quickly accessible from the apartment by car.
