A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The central station is a five-minute walk away, shops and delicious restaurants are a stone's throw away. The attic floor is complete and tastefully luxuriously furnished, a kitchen, shower, toilet. The picturesque canal house does not have an elevator, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

The supermarket is within 100 m walking distance. 25 min from Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague and the beach, with good public transport connections nearby.

A brand new and spacious studio with a big balcony on the second floor with a view on a park. The studio contains a kitchen with a fridge, small freezer and cooking facility. It has large windows on both sides so the room is very light. The door to the balcony and the window all have a screen. There is free parking available.
