Next to our house is our cozy summer cottage that we rent out during the summer. It is 50 sqm, 3 rooms and kitchen with a balcony and lovely views of Gullmarn from both the terrace, kitchen and living room. The cottage has 4 beds divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a family bed. WiFi is available. The living room has a TV and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.

The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. Rent our brand new apt at cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 m. the jetty is our 3rd with many beds and a large ocean view balcony. From Kleven it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apt and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Webergrill, TV. Parking space is located under the house with elevator up to apt. No pets, no smoking or "party". Age limit 30 years.
