ENTRY FLOOR: Hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom UPSTAIRS: Hallway and 3 Bedrooms (one large and two smaller) OTHER: Wi-Fi, TV via Chromecast, Grill, some outdoor furniture, sun loungers, etc. Note: You leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived, i.e. cleaned. Bedlinen and towels are brought by guest. Proximity to Fjällbacka, Tanum, Grebbestad, Bovallstrand, Hunnebo, Smögen etc.

Charming 30s villa in protected private location with beach property. The house is beautifully located on Rörbäckskilen with patio right on the water. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowing boat, 4m * Kayak * 4 st SUP BOARDS Here you enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Great fiber internet connection. The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

Enjoy this 182 sqm lovely 4-story villa right by the sea! What is unique about the villa is large surfaces & place for 3 families. 3 bedrooms (7 crib & 2 cribs) 1 bathroom, & 2 toilets. The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Parties/high volume are not allowed with respect to neighbors. Welcome!

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Here you wake up to birds chirping, eat breakfast on one of the terraces or take the breakfast tray to the garden. Maybe you take a morning walk together around Vimmersjön, a round of 4.5 km in an idyllic rural setting. If you are interested in disc golf, this accommodation is ideal as the course is only 5 minutes away by car. During the month of December, the house is decorated for Christmas and is waiting to welcome you for a cozy winter stay during the Christmas season.

Wonderful summer house with fantastic location in the middle of central Lysekil with 500 meters to the sea. 5 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store and Lysekil city park Parking space in the driveway with space for 2 cars. Sea view in two directions, a lovely garden with hammock, barbecue and dining table. Downstairs with large living room, dining table with 10 seats and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs with 4 bedrooms.
