On a large and sunny garden plot, this house is surrounded by forest and Bohuslän nature. On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. At Basteviksholmarna, about a 15-minute walk from the accommodation, is the restaurant Bastevik Bar & Cafe, where good food and drinks are served, with a troubadour some evenings.

Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.
