Guest house with magical ocean view

Modern architect-designed guest house with hot tub and magical sea view. In the eye-catching the famous Sotekanalen on Ramsvikslandet that connects Smögen and Hunnebostrand. Walking and cycling distance to the sea, swimming, kayaking, Kungshamn and Smögen. Nice trails for hiking and cycling directly next to the house. A couple of hundred meters to idyllic harbor, gym, indoor swimming, cafe, pizzeria and bus stop. Electric car charging, 40 m2 accommodation for 2-4 people, TV, Sonos, WiFi, air conditioning, outdoor grill and outdoor seating with panoramic views.

Lilla gäststugan

Small cozy guest cabin with a glimpse of the sea. In just five minutes you are at the beach. Or take the ferry to unique Fiskebäckskil or Lysekil. The cottage has two beds with pillows and duvets. Simple stove, fridge, coffee maker and internet. Toilet. You have to bring sheets, bed linens and towels and do cleaning after yourself. Completely Animal-free. Restaurant about 30 min walk, or 2 min to the ferry. Bed linen, etc. can be rented. There is no shower! Just hot water in the kitchen area, cold in the sink in the toilet.

The entrance to a quaint cabin is framed by warm exterior lighting. A door with a window reveals a glimpse of the interior, showcasing wooden floors and a well-lit space. The surrounding porch is made of wooden planks, enhancing the rustic charm.

Cozy apartment with proximity to forest and sea.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10 km to Lysekil center. Outdoor sauna is available to use at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

A bright living area is highlighted by large glass doors that open to scenic views of the surrounding landscape. A comfortable gray sofa is positioned nearby, adorned with decorative pillows. Shelves with books are visible above, adding to a cozy charm.

Small cottage, sea view, close to swimming and hiking

Welcome to my little paradise. Accommodation close to nature with both the sea and animal/bird life outside the window. Patio with sea view. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

A narrow hallway features a white door at the end leading outside. A small table with two folding chairs is positioned against the wall, with light wood flooring complementing the bright walls. Soft ceiling lights provide illumination throughout the space.

Cabin near the ocean On Smögen

Enjoy the charm of a newly built cabin in three floors. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the breakfast tomorrow sun. In the cottage there is a fully putty kitchen with a nice window at the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you head down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

Nice guest house of 25 sqm adjacent to the main building. The house consists of a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet, sleeping loft is available. The kitchen is equipped with induction stovetop, microwave and fridge, access to freezer. Quiet location, about 100 meters to public swimming and 2 km to Kungshamn city center. Parking is not possible at the house, but you can load and unload the car at the property.

Large selection for those who like climbing, outdoor activities, quiet evenings and lovely baths in the sea! Close to nature, a few kilometers to the nearest beach and 30 minutes drive to both Lysekil and Smögen, there is a lot to explore on your stay!

A detached cottage in a quiet residential area and with walking distance to the center of Lysekil. Fresh smaller accommodation with its own bathrooms. The cottage has a complete smaller kitchen and a nice patio at the entrance. On the patio there is also a barbecue that guests are welcome to use. 300m away is the largest grocery store in Lysekil. Child-friendly bath with shallow sandy beach you have 10 minutes walk.

Here you live in your own house with stunning views in Bovallstrand, Sotenäs in stunning Bohuslän. The house have a kitchen, toilet and shower, laundry with dryer, TV with chromecast. Max 4 people. The house has a terrace and nice patio overlooking the sea, copper bar and cutting. Cleaning is not included, but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for a surcharge of SEK 900. Not pets.

Private patio with dining furniture, barbecue and hammock. One bedroom with two single beds and two single beds in the living room. 15-minute drive to Smögen and Kungshamn. Easy access with lockbox.
