Cozy Apartment in Central Kungshamn. Ideal for a couple or family with children. The apartment is part of the downstairs of our house, but has separate entrance, bathroom with shower, toilet & bathtub. Fully functional kitchen with fridge & freezer and private patio. Terrace in a sunny position with small garden (fenced so small doggies can run free.) There is a small charcoal grill. 1 parking space for passenger car is included and available next to the house. In the room there is a double bed 140 cm wide as well as a sofa bed for two beds.

Center with shops, restaurants, pubs, shops, health center, bus stop takes about 15 minutes to walk to or bring a picnic to Klåvholmen, 5 minutes via Pontonbro. Enjoy from a distance the boats passing by Havets E6. Silence prevails in the evening, but if you want nightlife, take a taxi boat from the city center straight up to Smögenbryggan with bustling crowds in summer and silence in winter.

Use our footbridge! Experience salty swimming, fishing, the food from the sea, crab mete, Ramsvik, Soteleden... Kungshamn/Smögen is only a few miles away. If you want to go fishing from your own boat, it can be rented in Hunnebostrand or Ramsvik. Free mini golf and boule courts are available in our harbor! Observe our 25-year limit!

Läsarstugan, Örn - Kungshamn

The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs, red boathouses, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursion destinations – it's no wonder we make a pilgrimage to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year. Läsarstugan has the sea in front of it with piers and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and walk down to the jetty and take a morning or evening swim or just enjoy. Right next to the house, you can access the beautiful Kuststigen, a hiking trail in different stages with well-marked trails.

The apartment is in a quiet area with only a few minutes' walk to the nearest swimming and restaurants, as well as the Zita boat that in the summer takes you over to Smögenbryggan and/or the Hållöexpressen that takes you to the west coast's finest swimming. The kitchen is equipped with induction stovetop, microwave and fridge, access to freezer. Quiet location, about 100 meters to public swimming and 2 km to Kungshamn city center. Parking is not possible at the house, but you can load and unload the car at the property.

A women's and a men's bike are available to borrow.
