WATERFRONT APARTMENT, BEATYFULLY LOCATED – CLOSE TO ODENSE CENTER - Free parking and bikes available. Located above the ground floor and is done in a personalized scandinavian style with calm colors and a lot of light. Private entrance from a staircase/balcony, view to forest and water. The apartment is fully furnished. Two bedrooms, spacious bathroom and a integrated kitchen/ living room. We live in the ground floor and are reachable at any time. City center is a ten minutes bike ride away.

A multifunctional living space features a foldable bed covered with soft bedding in muted tones. Framed floral artwork adorns the walls, complemented by a large wall clock. A simple wooden dining table and chairs are positioned nearby, enhancing the welcoming environment.

1 bedroom apartment in a country house with 55000 squats metres of fields with fruit trees and several animals. Guests have their own private entrance. Apartment consists of a small kitchen, toilet and shower room and a living room with a sofa bed. Peaceful surroundings in a small secluded town but still only 10 minutes to Odense central station in car. There are no public transportation possibilities. Come by var or bicycle. Shops are 5 kilometers away. Odense city is 11 kilometers away.

Hyggelig afdeling, MEN MED FÆLLES INDGANG, i gæstefrit hus nær den skønneste natur. Soveværelse , badeværelse, køleskab . Mulighed for at lave mad i te-køkken. Adgang til stor stue med en enkelt seng, tv og en stor have. Hyggelig terrasse, hvor man kan nyde morgenkaffen . Huset ligger 10 min i bil fra nærmeste indkøbsmulighed (6km) og kun 15 minutter fra storbyen Odense (12km). Kun 15 min (13 km) til nærmeste badestrand. Der hører parkering med til værelset Huset er røgfrit

Boligen ligger tæt på centrum og cykelsti der fører dig lige til byens puls. Du får egen indgang, eget wc og bad, lille køkken med kogeplade, elkedel, vask, køle/fryseskab og mikroovn. Der er adgang til stor have med flere spisesteder, bordtennisbord og trampolin som du deler med udlejer. Der er cykler du kan låne. Har du behov for babyseng kan vi klare det. Og en madras til et barn kan også lade sig gøre. Vi har privat parkering på grunden hvor du kan parkere gratis.

In the heart of Odense you will find our 120 year old masonry villa. On the top floor there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.

A compact bathroom features white tiled walls and a modern sink with a sleek faucet. A clear glass shelf is mounted above the sink for storage. A shower curtain is visible, partially concealing the shower area. Basic amenities are accessible and organized within the space.
