Die Wohngegend am Weinberg lädt fussläufig zum Genießen des nahegelegenen Hohnsensees, zum gemütlichen Stadtbummel ein, zum Besuch der HAWK oder zur Fahrt zur Messe Hannover (Ostbahnhof) ein. Fussläufig erreicht man ausserdem Supermärkte, einen Kiosk, verschiedene Restaurants, Cafés, Spielplätze, das Wildgatter und Bushaltestellen für schlechtes Wetter.

Terrasse mit 5-Flammen-Gasgrill, Drehspieß, 2er Kühlschrank und separatem Schwenkgrill für Kohle oder Holz. Drei Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett, ausziehbare Einzelbetten), zwei Badezimmer (eins mit Badewanne). Zwei Wohnzimmer mit Sofas und Sitzgelegenheiten, Saunabereich mit Liegestühlen. Homeoffice mit Arbeitsplatz und W-LAN.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
