The neighborhood is residential, very quiet, 20 minutes away on foot from the old town and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket. It consists of a double bedroom (with walk-in wardrobe), a living room/kitchen with sofa bed and a large bathroom, complete with a bathroom with a second washbasin and washing machine. BBQ AREA AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS.

In this period of pandemic, a small, newly built apartment, totally independent and surrounded by greenery, is certainly an excellent solution to spend a few days relaxing in complete safety. It offers its guests a private kitchen, small gym with spinning, mini ping pong table, bike rental and large garden. The Campo Felice ski slopes can be reached in about half an hour, while those of Campo Imperatore take a few more minutes.
