In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4Seitenhof. Das Appartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Eine Gartennutzung ist möglich. Besuchen Sie auch die neugierigen Alpaka im Nachbarort (Zusatzkosten).

Die Unterkunft liegt am wunderschönen Teupitzer See, der sich zum Baden und aller Art Wassersport eignet. Das Haus ist neu erbaut worden und verfügt über allerhand moderner Gadgets die das Wohnen äußerst komfortabel machen. Die Inneneinrichtung wurde dem Apartment am See hell und zeitgemäß angepasst. Ein Kingsize-Boxspringbett lädt ein, einen aktiven Tag in der Brandenburger Natur gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Außerdem erwarten unsere Gäste köstliche Teesorten und Nespresso Kaffee.

Der Vierseitenhof von 1890 dient immernoch als Bauernhof. Nur das strassenseitige Wohnhaus wird zum Wohnen genutzt. Unsere Gästewohnungen im Obergeschoss sollen nun den Spagat zwischen alt und neu schaffen. Hallo, ich vermiete meine schöne Ferienwohnung in Caputh unmittelbar am Wasser gelegen, mit Blick auf den Templiner See. Vom Schlafzimmer aus gelangt man auf den Balkon und kann den Blick auf den See genießen. Ein 1.60m breites Boxspringbett sorgt für erholsamen Schlaf. Fernseher, eine kleine Musikanlage sowie einige Gesellschaftsspiele sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und ihr könnt dort toll frühstücken. Weiterhin gibt es ein Duschbad.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
