This is our home, a small village near Koper(7 min by car away) in the heart of Istria. Surrounded by forests, vineyards, Tinjan hill with so many trekking tours that start just behind our house, climbing rock walls, a river Rižana and the Parencana cycling road, that brings you to Triest, Koper, Portorož...Poreč. In Dekani we have excellent wines, olive oils and restaurants that you can visit and taste. We made this apartment like we will live in because we want you feel comfortable and relax.

House is located close to the sea, but so far away that after enjoying the coast we find our peace. You can also visit the salt pans or Forma vivo in nature on foot. Here are bio-energy points in the area where you can recharge and gain extra energy. To the coast is 5 minutes by car, 15 minutes on foot. Around the house is a lot of paths, perfect for bike. Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. Attic apartment with its own entrance, large balcony & hidden terrace: a unique view over the Adriatic sea. Children & pets friendly, located just 10 min walk from Piran' s city center, but up on a hill. Very quiet area to relax and enjoy. Private parking place in shade in front of the house, which is rare for Piran' s area. The view is breathtaking! Quite and green neighbourhood. Perfect stay for families.
