On the lower floor there is a toilet with a bathroom and a kitchen with a living room. The upper floor consists of a bed with a beautiful fireplace that gives a special atmosphere and a balcony overlooking the place. The apartment is located in the very center of Sutivan surrounded by typical Dalmatian stone houses, only 150 meters from the waterfront and the sea. It is air-conditioned, has wi-fi and private parking.

The location is easily reachable by paved road. There are two pedestrian pathways to reach the nearby Lučice Bay beaches on the south side of the island. The house itself can accommodate 4 persons - there are two galleries, one with queen size bed and the other with two single beds.
