Not suitable for children. The Wing is in a peaceful location with underfloor heating, king size bed with cotton bedding and walk in shower. Snacks, wine and light breakfast foods are a gesture. . There are no cooking facilities has kettle and toaster Courtyard garden. Set in a beautiful countryside location with gorgeous walks to a gastro pub and high end hotel. Lovely light & spacious one UK kingsize bed flat. In the heart of the city centre, close to shops & restaurants. Luton airport - 11 mins by train; by car 20/30mins. Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Our charming studio apartment has a wonderful self contained shower and kitchen area. It has its own small patio area and backs on to an amazing country park, perfect for lovely walks. We are only a 10 minute drive to the airport and 15minute walk or even shorter bus ride away from the local shopping centre and railway station (20min journey to Central London). Includes wi-fi and free parking on the street.

Part of historic Wheathampstead Place, owned by two former Prime Ministers, our ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms (super-king and king beds which can be split into singles on request) with an additional single bed, or a cot, we can put up in the lounge on request. Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.
