Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with private kitchen, shower room and living room. The bedroom & living room are freshly decorated. Guests have their own entrance to the annex which is adjoining to the main house but separated by two doors. Feel free to use the garden and bar-be-que and to sit wherever you like. We have a friendly dog who will wonder around but keep away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy

I am always available to answer any questions you may have ! ........ The accommodation has use of the garden and off road parking. Fantastic location, close not only to Worcester city centre but also practical access to events such as the Cheltenham and Worcester race course and Shelsley Walsh hill climb.

Fairways Annexe is found in Sinton Green situated 10mins drive from Worcester and beautiful Worcestershire countryside -some beautiful local walks, the R.Severn, Witley court and the Malverns, all on your doorstep . You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Welcome to our cottage in a quiet residential street, within walking distance of Worcester city centre, Cathedral and train stations. There are also lovely canalside country walks from thè back gate, and the Malvern hills and River Severn are nearby. We ask our guests to respect our neighbours and the peaceful neighbourhood, by being particularly considerate after 11pm.
