Wunderschönes, sonniges Appartement in Purkersdorf am Stadtrand von Wien. Absolute Ruhelage direkt am Wald lädt zum Entspannen ein. Grüne Idylle und doch nah zur Stadt. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Schnellzug erreicht man den Wien Westbahnhof in 15 Minuten. Perfekt eignet sich das Appartement für Autoreisende, da es direkt vor dem Haus einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gibt. Den nächstgelegenen Bahnhof erreichst du zu Fuß, dem Bus oder dem Auto. Stille, Weitblick und Naturverbundenheit. Eine Etage nur für dich. Mit Studio, Küche, Dusche und WC. Gesamt rund 70m². Direkter Zugang zu einem 150m² großen schattigen Garten. Wasser direkt aus einer Waldquelle. Das sonnendurchflutete Holzhaus wurde 2018 gebaut, grenzt direkt an einen Wald an und befindet sich entlang des österreichischen Jakobsweges. Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

Small tiny house with everything you need and air conditioning. The available resources should be handled carefully! Bathroom with 50-liter hot water boiler. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, small oven, 2 hobs, kettle, coffee maker. Bedroom with bunk bed /160 cm wide. Large storage space underneath. Kitchen-living room with sofa bed. Own access/parking. Garden unfinished and in progress but no noise. We are always happy to help with any questions.

Spacious country house surrounded by greenery

This house belonged to an artist who worked a lot with gemstones. There are very special works of art and huge gemstones in the house and garden. Very spacious, light-flooded rooms, a large terrace and a huge, secluded garden ensure your well-being at the highest level. Ideal for large families, groups of friends or small sports teams. The Piesting Valley is in the middle of beautiful hiking paradises. Also a wonderful area for mountain bikers

Rural Retreat with all comfort

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
