36 m² bright, quiet apartment in the courtyard on the 2nd floor with elevator. About 5 minutes walk from the old town center and the foothills of the Vienna Woods and about 15 minutes from the train station. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity. The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Pets are possible after consultation. NON-SMOKER!

Cosy and spacious city apartment with balcony

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

You can reach all sights of Vienna in walking distance. The charming side of this part of Vienna called Spittelberg is revealed through the many small cafes, bars, galleries and independent shops. You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
