Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this fully renovated cottage has 66' of private shoreline and includes the FREE use of pontoon w/dock plus paddle boat & 2 kayaks (from May through October, weather permitting). 35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.

Hidden in the woods

Quiet, country setting that comfortably accommodates two. This space is above our garage, which is not attached to our house. We are often outside working or playing, but it is very private once you are upstairs! There is no WiFi here. There is a lovely, private balcony with a nice view, lots of random movies, and several fun games. Verizon service works great here, so if you have a Hotspot you could hook up to our smart TV.

Tiny House In the City

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!
