Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step

Private, 2 bed kitchen&bathroom in shared home

Beautifully modernised and very clean 2-bedroom space on the first floor, including a private bathroom and full kitchen. The 1st-floor landing is shared with one lodger who lives above and is mostly away. I live downstairs with my daughter and we never go upstairs while hosting, so your privacy is respected. Please note: fits up to 4 guests; if only 1 guest is booked, bedroom 1 will be locked.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is a little house at the bottom of the garden completely separate to the main house with its own private garden. There is one large ensuite bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is also a downstairs toilet. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 with small children or 4 adults on a short stay.
