Flat renovated last summer (July 2017). Located on the ground floor (raised floor). Very bright and comfortable. Kitchen equipped. There's a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Garden, in common with the hosts. Grill and hammock available. The apartament is situated in a very quiet zone; public trasport and supermarket near (5 minutes on foot). The city of Ascona is reachable with 15 minutes walk.
