Lovely spacious cottage with sea view.

The home is high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the delicious swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and beach, which you can reach on a fresh walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside resort of Lønstrup to get the day's shopping done. It also has a lovely selection of restaurants and boutiques.

In the area of Grønhøj Strand – not far from Løkken - is this lovely holiday home located The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with double beds. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with two sleeping places, which is most intended for children. There is a sofa bed that sleeps two in the living room, and there is also a cot available. Løkken is still a very popular holiday/coastal town that offers both restaurants, shops and plenty of summer life.

A modern black house features a sloped roof and large windows, allowing natural light to fill the interior. The outdoor area includes lounge chairs and a wooden deck, surrounded by sand and greenery. A hot tub can be seen on the deck, enhancing outdoor relaxation.
