The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Enjoy the immediate location by the sea, take a refreshing bath in the Bodden (only 30 m away) after the sauna, relax on the balcony or in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquility away from the tourist streams.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Bungalow surrounded by a large garden in a very quiet location and 10 minutes by car to the beach (e.g. Lubmin) and to Greifswald. The bungalow consists of a living and sleeping room with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom as well as a large terrace. The large garden has space for the little ones to play and the adults to rest. It is possible to take art classes for a fee during the stay. A studio is located on the premises.

A newly built, very bright and friendly apartment in a perfect location between the fishing village of Wieck, the green and extensive Elisenhain forest and the Greifswald city center with historic buildings and old ships awaits you. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

My family's vacation cottage is located just 20 meters from the Baltic Sea coast. Built by my grandfather, my family and I renovated it from the ground up this year. From the bench on the picturesque cliff, just a few steps away from the house, you can let your gaze sweep over the vast sea. The coastline right outside the front door is a real insider tip for surfers and nature lovers.

We rent our apartment on the Baltic Sea hiking trail. The apartment consists of a kitchen, shower room, hallway and living room-bedroom. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund are close. Likewise, the Baltic islands of Rügen and Usedom. You can experience culture in the cities, relax on the Baltic beaches or be active in sports.
