Only 12 km to the old town of Düsseldorf. Very good access to the A46 and A57 highways. Only 4 km to the S-Bahn S8.

The "Kleine Villa im Pfuhl" with a large garden is spacious and lovingly restored in 2010. It is great for families, friends and businesses for happy togetherness or relaxation. A group of 10 adults and 4 children best fits in the house. However, more bedrooms can be added in the neighboring house on request.
