The main cottage (58 m2) is in use all year round. Guest house (12 m2) in summer use with sofa bed. The main cottage is on the beach, with its own dock for swimming in Hiidenvesi. Varikka beach is near the cottage. Cottage equipment: a flushing toilet and a washing machine in the bathroom. The sauna has a fast wood stove, and the cottage has running hot water. The kitchen has, for example, an oven, induction stove and dishwasher. Air heat pump with cooling.

Peace in the countryside in Somerniemi

In the courtyard of the farm, a granny cottage with amenities. From the cottage terrace, you can watch the horses and hear the donkeys greetings. In the summer, you can see the horse pastures from the clearing. The terrace has a new gas grill and furniture. There are also cats, dogs, sheep and a mini pig on the farm. You can get to know the animals with the help of the farm's staff. Near the cottage, there is a pond, not suitable for swimming (hummus water), a small yacht and a canoe available for guests. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included.

In a quiet residential area, a small detached house with a kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, shower room and sauna, and two terraces outside. There are good outdoor opportunities in and around the area; e.g. forest trails, jogging track, disc golf course, horse riding stables, etc. Lempola shopping park is about 1.5 km away and Lohja city center is about 4 km away. The cottage has a living room, bedroom, sleeping alcove, hallway, dressing room and sauna (approx. 44m2). In addition, guests have access to a guest house with two separate small rooms and sleeping accommodations for up to three. At best, the cottage's facilities are used by 2-4 people during the winter months, but during the summer, even a larger group can fit. Here you can relax and enjoy your own peace.
