Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large sloping plot on the shore of the clean Storträsk lake. The yard is a quiet and scenic place to spend a holiday, where the neighbors are not within sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included.

In a quiet residential area, a small detached house with a kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, shower room and sauna, and two terraces outside. There are good outdoor opportunities in and around the area; e.g. forest trails, jogging track, disc golf course, horse riding stables, etc. Lempola shopping park is about 1.5 km away and Lohja city center is about 4 km away. The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed or separate beds. The living room has a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Sauna with electric stove.

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

The idyllic cottage is located on the slope, in its own peace, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. You should arrive at the cottage via road 1030, NOT via Rakuunatorpantie = wrong route + big uphill). Children under 16 years old FREE (2 children, accompanied by an adult). UNFORTUNATELY, PETS ARE NOT WELCOME IN THE COTTAGE. In the midst of the energy crisis, the electric car charge is priced separately at 15e/day. Alternatively, report the electricity meter readings before and after your stay.

Is there a hot climate in the southern Europe right now and still getting worse when the summer season goes ahead? Why wouldn't you make an alternative holiday trip to Finland? We don't have ice bears on the streets, not at all. What we have is a fresh, green and humid nature. The temperature approx. +20 and a bit cooler nights. The apartment is located on the first residential floor (not on the ground level,no elevator). The apartment has an entire apartment-wide glazed balcony, where you can easily reach even Lohjanjärvi, which is only a couple of hundred meters away. You can easily shop in Prisma, about a hundred meters away. Downtown other shops and restaurants are just around the corner.

The apartment has a dedicated free parking slot for car users near the entrance. The equipment also includes fast Wi-Fi, a 50" flat-screen TV and a wireless sound system. From the front of the house, you can take a bus to Matinkylä metro station/Iso Omena in 13 minutes.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
