Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Welcome to our wonderful oasis in the heart of Österlen! From here it is close to everything Österlen has to offer; beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants.. The guest house is a smaller house in the garden that was originally the whole village common freezer house! The house is about 25 square meters and has newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, adjustable double bed 180 cm, TV, dining table and bathroom. A bright and nice house! Full access to the large secluded and thriving garden with several patios.
