The Shady V Ranch cabin is located 2 miles east of Castell on about 100 acres. Breathe the fresh, clean, crisp air. Now get ready to enjoy some fun time "UNPLUGGED". Cell service is limited and there is NO wifi provided on the property. This ranch has been in my family for over 100 years. My Grandfather (Henry Hasse) first bought the land in the early 1900's. We are excited to be able to share part of the Texas Hill Country and the beautiful Llano River. We hope you enjoy your stay!

You can go on hikes around the property to explore the beautiful Texas hill country! You’ll be 6mi away from Enchanted Rock State park (amazing hiking & views), 25mi from Fredericksburg(great Main Street shopping, food, and lots of wineries) , and 19mi from Llano (shopping, food, and Llano River).
