This historic brick farmhouse was fully renovated from top to bottom in 2023 and is one of the few permitted airbnbs in the township! Come ski, board, tubing in the winter and zip lines, hiking river tubing in the summer. Return to the comforts of a chef’s eat in kitchen, 2 living rooms, games room, hot tub, bbq, swing set, mega chess set, fire pit and fireplace (electric). Welcome to The Sleeping Bear Retreat at Jim Thorpe. Located at the top of the mountain, and only minutes from the center of town, our 2 Bed / 2 Bath carriage house suite offers comfort, privacy and convenient access to everything Jim Thorpe has to offer. While it is not an actual tree house, it is a carriage house surrounded by trees on most sides. The name "Tree House" comes from former guests who named this space, and for that we are forever grateful <3

Cabin by the creek - Fireplace and Jet Tub

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cozy 2 bedroom cabin that sits a few feet from the creek. The property includes 2 acres of woods on the other side of the creek. Walk across the footbridge and down a short path to a small pond. The cabin was originally a hunting cabin. Over the years it was expanded and converted into a year round residence. The cabin had a 1970’s vibe, so when we renovated it we tried to keep that feel.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The cottage is located on an organic farm. We have a staff onsite that is always buzzing around and happy to help you answer any questions you may have. We have a Wood Fire brick oven bakery on site as well. This is not just any Farm anyone who visits will understand the love that surrounds us!
