Vacation home in the Westerwald Westerwald heart

We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge. I – Janine, a trained hotel manager – am particularly interested in bringing people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

If you are looking for peace, you will find it here! Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! Beautiful vacation home 1st row on the Moselle .35 sqm on 3 floors. 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom/living room, kitchen with electric appliances, bathroom with shower, balcony with magnificent views of the Moselle and Bischofstein Castle, network sockets in the bedrooms/living rooms, Wi-Fi, washer-dryer, bicycles can be stored in the garage, emergency rations in the 2nd refrigerator in the garage, free parking on the street. Sunbathing lawn on the Moselle and small cove opposite. Check-in is possible at any time on the day of arrival.

In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Villa Flora on the Rheinsteig, ideal for hiking

Villa Flora is located directly by the forest. In about 100 m, a forest path leads up to the Rhine trail - an ideal location as a starting point for hikes. The house is a semi-detached house, surrounded by a lovingly designed garden, with fireplace, herbal spiral, two sun loungers and enough seating. In the living room is a wood-burning stove and piano. On request, we can build the second bedroom (bed 220x130) into the living room. Then the red sofa is replaced by 2 armchairs.

Home with a view, large property & balcony

Our two adjoining vacation homes, each for four people, are located in Kalenborn, near Kaiseresch in the Volcanic Eifel. On the 800 square meter property, overlooking a lot of nature, you can really enjoy your stay. With 80 square meters of living space and a large kitchen, the vacation home offers enough space for 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to three children. There is an electric grill on the large balcony. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friends.
