Our vacation home (new in 2026) is located in the middle of the Netherlands (the Groene Hart) between the towns of Montfoort and Oudewater. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, so plenty of privacy! Ideal for families, groups of friends, and companies. We have excellent connections to the A12/A2 motorways and a bus stop right outside the door, so cities such as Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leiden, Delft, Alkmaar, The Hague, and Gouda, as well as all the major attractions in the Netherlands, can be reached quickly.

Centrally located in the middle of the Groene Hart Close to Schiphol Airport and the cities of Woerden, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Utrecht, and the Keukenhof. Ideal for hiking, cycling and boating enthusiasts. Enjoy nature in the Nieuwkoopse Plassen and the green polders. Within walking distance (50 meters) there is a supermarket, restaurant and snack bar and bus stop. 5 km from the city of Woerden with shops and restaurants. From here, various trains go to the major cities. Use the bicycles for free!

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Newly built maisonette near Utrecht

Spacious new holiday home near Utrecht, Amsterdam and The Hague. Quiet location at the back of the yard, with great views on the meadows next to the family's organic cheese farm. Take a unique look at the farm with the cows and the calves. Watch where the Gouda cheese is prepared. You can also buy organic products like cheese, milk, meat and eggs in the farmshop. The farm is freely accessible. Or simply enjoy the beautiful nature, the animals and the tranquility. Hottub & sauna for rent!

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

In the Garden

Looking for a nice place to stay with a lot of privacy? Just outside Utrecht, you will find Bed and Breakfast Au Jardin, where you can enjoy and relax. The guesthouse is at the back of our deep garden. You have your own entrance at the rear of the building. You can also park there. At the front, you can relax on the terrace. The Bed and Breakfast is located in De Meern, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Utrecht and centrally located between Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague.

This old-style but fully equipped apartment on the ground floor within a nineteenth-century farmhouse is situated within the Green Heart of Holland. Rural peace and quiet is paired with easy access to the great cities of the Dutch West: Utrecht, Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam. Gouda, Kinderdijk and Keukenhof can also easily be reached from here. Staying ‘at home’ is very attractive too, since nothing can beat lounging in a private old orchard with old-fashioned fruit species.

Our spacious studio of 43 m² is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town Oudewater in the Green Heart of the Netherlands. The studio is a wonderful place to relax in the spacious garden for a weekend and enjoy nature, but also a great place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities, such as Utrecht, Gouda, Delft, and Rotterdam. The studio includes 2 bicycles, allowing you to reach the supermarket and the picturesque center of Oudewater, in about 5 minutes.

Special rural accommodation in Utrecht

Buitenplaats Rijnenburg...a wonderful base from which to explore beautiful Utrecht. Utrecht has hardly any nature, and that makes Buitenplaats Rijnenburg unique: just 15 minutes by car from the historic city center, this former haystack has now been transformed into a cozy and modern accommodation. The haystack is in the grounds of a thatched farm, which is no longer in operation. But do you want a fresh egg for breakfast? There are still chickens that like to lay an egg.
