With approximately 120 m² and two floors, the house is perfect for families, friends and groups of up to six guests. Quietly located in Bergheim and at the same time well connected between Cologne and Düsseldorf. You can reach Cologne in about 25 minutes, Düsseldorf in about 35 minutes and Phantasialand in about 30 minutes.

On the historic Margarethenhof estate from 1850, you will live in the left wing in an independent courtyard in the form of a small cottage with its own terrace and garden.

The Schrickenhof is a classic four-square courtyard consisting of 2 single-family houses, a stable building, a hall, a workshop and storage rooms. The vacation home is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly restored and renovated. The charm and many details have been preserved and highlighted. In the idyllic courtyard, wild wine grows and you can enjoy the evening sun.

The Cuypershuisje is part of the Manor House that was built around 1865 by the famous architect Pierre Cuypers against the Carreboerderij. This apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace and a cozy sitting room. The estate covers 12 hectares and is located on the Roer. More than enough space to enjoy the landscaped garden and surrounding nature.
