Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, it is possible to swim in the ice water from the jetty, if the weather allows, ski trails are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking paths. In the summer, you can take a ride with the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is located only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Summer in an A-frame near Bergsjön

(A fee of 800 applies if you would like cleaning!) Relax in this peaceful accommodation in a cozy A-frame cabin. Enjoy yourself in front of the fire or swim in the lake 100 meters from the cabin. Choose to cook over an open fire, make pizza in the pizza oven, or something simple in the kitchen. The kids can jump around and burn off energy on the trampoline or follow the hiking trail that starts over by the rest area a few hundred meters away. A beach is 900 meters away. Unique lakeside location and secluded accommodation by a beautiful swimming lake! The house has a spacious sunroom with beautiful views of the lake and the large lawn. A newly renovated bathroom makes the stay comfortable along with airy furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary kitchen utensils and space for six people. Furuviksparken with animals & amusement park is 40 minutes by car. Kungsberget & Högbo ski area is only 35 minutes away (34 km), 12 km to Ockebo C with shops, restaurants, café and beautiful Wij gardens.

The apartment is located just under 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It is on the upper floor of a two-family house and has its own entrance. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet with washing machine. It has a double bedroom and two small rooms with two beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in one room. Bed linens are available, but bed linens and towels can be rented for 150 SEK/set. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table, a wood-fired sauna and in summer also a heated pool to use.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
