The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Airport transfers available. We are in a rural location so a car may be needed. If you would like to book the night before your wedding, please contact me to confirm the details. Ideal for a short stay or a longer break in the lovely picturesque town of Sawbridgeworth, with railway links to London and Cambridge in 40 minutes. Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Situated on the edge of beautiful Finchingfield & surrounded by fields, The Round House is the perfect getaway for cozying up or getting out & about in the gorgeous countryside. The recently converted Nissen Barn is located on a farm in its own private meadow. The barn is surrounded by the beautiful Essex countryside - rolling hills, ancient trees, wildflowers and grasses, hedgerows, horses and sheep. The conversion was completed in March 2021 and sleeps 4 adults in 2 big bedrooms. There is also a loft bedroom accessed by a hidden door with a king size mattress suitable for older children or couple. Perfect for families, but note there is no enclosed garden.
