Studio is an annex to main house - totally separate, has its own separate entrance, 1 allocated parking space. living room / bedroom, fully equipped kitchen-hob, oven,grill, microwave,breakfast bar, shower room. Double bed , double sofa bed. Suitable for a maximum of 2 people Use of garden not included. Excellent WIFI - 25 Mbps.

We are just a short drive from Sheffield Park Gardens, Nymans, Standen and Wakehurst National Trust Properties. 2 minute walk to Lindfield Golf Club, and 10 minutes to the Bluebell Steam Railway. Independent bedroom/flat, own en-suite and galley kitchen, (allowing self-catering), in fabulous country house. Sit on the terrace and enjoy amazing views across open countryside to the South Downs. Own car is recommended, by car 25 minutes from Gatwick , 30 to Brighton, 10 mins to Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill. 5 mins to Princess Royal Hospital/Hospice. Country walks to local pubs. No children or babies please. Morrisons 5 minutes walk away has everything you need + ‘Cook’ frozen meals.

Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.
