This newly renovated apartment, with a small balcony, designer bathroom and a new kitchen, will definitely give you a special feeling of being at home. Nicely located in Berlin Charlottenburg (city centre west) close to Messe ICC the Kantstrasse, and the highway A100 it is quit near to all highlights in Berlin. A nice way to discover the neighbourhood is to walk around; you'll find some very nice small stores, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Make yourself at home and feel like being a Berliner!

You live in the heart of West Berlin with zoo and opera close by and excellent access to public transport. You will be staying in the guest area of our larger Berlin home, but all privately while we travel. If you have any questions we are however only a message away.

I love the high ceilings in the appartment and the afternoon sun bathing the room with a soft light. Sitting in the nearby park with the lake Lietzensee reading a good book or making a picknick is my favourite way to spend my free time in the neighbourhood. The Friedbergstrasse is so quite and you are close to public transport which takes you to whichever corner of Berlin and Potsdam you fancy.

The Studioloft is located in a very calm and safe area of Berlins finest district of Charlottenburg at Holtzendorffstrasse and of course fully furnished and completely equipped for dayly needs. The beautiful lake Lietzensee, the shopping street Wilmersdorfer Strasse, the subway line 7, several bus lines and a lot of very good international restaurants, shops and bars are in closest vicinity.

In der Regel bin ich flexibel :-) Central, good public traffic connections, real Berlin "Kiez" on the doorstep :-) Check-in times have to be coordinated due to my (freelance) work. I am flexible usually :-)
