In this 4-room apartment live 2 women and 1 cat at the beautiful Lietzensee Park in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and hallway. Your room is about 16 square meters with a large double bed. The Ringbahn and U2 are both less than 400 meters away. Many supermarkets are nearby.

Business Apartment in Prime Location

The apartment is located directly at the beautiful Lietzensee-Park. Hence, central Busses and trains can be reached within 2-10min. Messe-Gelände, Ku’damm & the castle of Charlottenburg are 10min by foot. All you need is close by, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Coffee, Ice cream… A bike can be rented for 8€/day, what might be useful to visit Grunewald forest or if you want to use the good bike roads throughout the city. The quiet home has everything one needs to survive and more.

Welcome to my classic Berlin style home. Start your day with a walk around the lake, grab a coffee next door, go shopping on Kurfürstendamm or visit the famous Schaubühne theatre - all within 15min walking distance. You live in the heart of West Berlin with zoo and opera close by and excellent access to public transport. You will stay in the guest area of my larger Berlin home, but all privately while I travel. If you have any questions we are however only a message away.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

I offer a private room inside my 120qm apartment in the center of Berlin in Charlottenburg. The apartment is very sunny and you can feel like home! It is situated on the 4th floor, with elevator. It has a balcony to the sunny side where you can sit, relax with view to the Berlin Funkturm. It s just 10 minutes walking distance away from the fairground, busses, under- and overground trains are reachable in front of the house or just around the corner.

Charming room in Berlin-Charlottenburg w/ balcony

I love the high ceilings in the appartment and the afternoon sun bathing the room with its golden light. Sitting in the nearby park with the lake Lietzensee reading a good book or making a picknick is my favourite way to spend my free time in the neighbourhood. The Friedbergstrasse is quite and you are close to public transport which takes you to whichever corner of Berlin and Potsdam you fancy.
